Chromeo!
Arg! This was a tough one. The big guns came out last night… the music got better, the performances got wilder, and the crowds got more insane. Mugison gave everything he had for our title, with probably the most dedicated performance of the festival.
But in the end, the full commitment that Chromeo managed to squeeze out of the bouncing, nubile crowd at Gaukurinn was super-human. Dave 1 and P-Thugg may have benefited from the pre-Airwaves press that the duo got around town before the weekend, or it may have been that their brand of 80’s-like synth/pop/hip hop was really that good. Either way, there was no denying that these guys know how to give a good time.

I totally agree. That was the best night at Airwaves for me. Chromeo was dope, I thought Bonde de Rolo had an AWESOME set, everyone got all sweaty and dancy. It was gooood gooood times.
