Imeliste looduskaadrite ja veelgi imelisema muusika kõrval jäi silma ka üks veidi argisem moment - erinevates Islandi paikades toimunud kontsertidel kandsid kohalikud väga tihti üht kudumit - küll veidi erinevates variatsioonides ja värvides, oli see siiski alati selgelt eristuv ja äratuntav ning seda kandsid nii noored kui vanad. Uurisin veidi ja tõesti olevat see kohalikust lambavillast kampsun - islandi keeles lopapeysa - kohalike seas ülipopulaarne. Muidugi nõuabki sealne kliima midagi sooja, kuid et üks traditsiooniline rõivaese on saavutanud nii suure populaarsuse, on minu meelest eriti äge. Peale filmi lõppu hakkasin mõtlema, et miks Eestis ei ole Kihnu troi või kasvõi mõni rahvusmuster erinevatel rõivastel saanud eestlaste igapäevaseks lemmikuks? Ometi oleme me oma rahvarõivaste üle ju nii uhked&#8230; Miks ei võiks Eesti Nokiaks olla rahvuslike motiividega kudum, mida eestlased ise kannaksid uhkusega ja kingiksid ka väliskülalistele? A German exchange student made herself her own two lopapeysur, and I must say she did a good job!</description>
